Our experience was amazing from the moment we checked in, we would definitely book here again. In the evening we visited Simple, set next door to the hotel. All the personnel was lovely. We had a room with sea views.

Worth its 4 stars. Wanted to explore Tulum and this hotel was handy base for doing it. Their waiter is the best! Enjoyed staying at the king room.

It deserves its 4 stars. Beautiful location, the staff were helpful! Beach view was worthy. Really loved dining at La Popular, set within 10 minutes' walk.
